These sections are where to view, manage and add “Strategic Initiative Admins and Stakeholders for this Strategic Initiative. There are two ways to add people. The first is “Add from Directory”
Here is where to add a person from the company as a “Strategic Initiative Admin or a Stakeholder”. The names that appear on this list are people who are already part of another Strategic Initiative within the company or are from the imported company directory. The list of people can be filtered by “Report Fields” on the left hand side of the page.
To add a person, check the box next to their name. One or multiple people can be added to a role at a time. Once the people are selected, on the right hand side of the page, select the “Role” that will be assigned to them from the dropdown list and click the “+Add People'' button. When the “+Add People” button is clicked, the names will disappear from this list and will now appear in the “Admins and Stakeholders” section.
If that person has not registered yet when the “+Add People” button is clicked, an email invitation will be sent to them with a link to register. If the person is already registered in the application when the “+Add People” button is clicked, they will immediately be granted access to the Strategic Initiative with the permissions of the role assigned to them.
The second way to add people is “Add Manually”.
Here is where to add a person who is not listed in the company's directory as a “Strategic Initiative Admin” or a “Stakeholder”. In the grey box, enter the email address
and press “Return” on the keyboard. Return must be pressed in order to hold the value.
As many emails as needed can be entered.
Always remember to press “Return” after each email address to hold each value.
Once the email address has been entered, select the “Role” that will be assigned to them from the dropdown list
and click the “+ (add) Admins and Stakeholders” button.
When the button is pressed, an email invitation to register will be sent out. The email addresses will have disappeared from this section and will now appear in the “Admins and Stakeholders” section.
The “Admins and Stakeholders”section is where to view and manage the “Strategic Initiative Admins” and “Stakeholders” for this Strategic Initiative. On this list are all the “Company Admins, Sub-company Admins” and “Consultant”s that have already been added to this Strategic Initiative from the “Company Profile” page. To manage any of these users, go to the “Company Profile” page. Also on this list are all the “Strategic Initiative Admins” and “Stakeholders” that have been added to this Strategic Initiative.
Next to each person's name is their “Email Address”, their “Permission Level” and their “Status”. “Invited” means an invite has been sent but they have not registered yet. And “Active” means they have registered and signed in. Once they are “Active”, all the information they entered into the “Report Fields” will show here.
To remove a person as a “Strategic Initiative Admin” or “Stakeholder”, check the box next to their name. One or multiple people can be selected at a time. Then click the “Remove Selected” button. This will remove them as a “Strategic Initiative Admin” or “Stakeholder”, and they will be reassigned to a new “Permission Level” of “Staff”, which is the lowest Permission Level in the Assessment. A user can always be granted back to this “Permission Level” or other permission levels in the appropriate places.
To archive a person completely from the company and remove them from all Strategic Initiatives and Assessments, check the box next to their name. Again, one or multiple people can be selected at a time and click the “Archive Users” button. This will move them to the “Archived Users” list, which can be accessed and managed from the “Company Profile” page.
If a person is still in the “Invited Status” on the list
and they need to be reminded to register, or if they misplaced the original email invite, the invite can be resent. Check the box next to their name. Again, one or multiple people can be selected at a time and click the ”Resend Invite” button. The invite will now be re-emailed to them.
