In the right column is a list of all “Driver Questions”. Each Driver has three default question types that must be in the Assessment. To view these question types, click the “Arrow” icon to the right of the Driver Name.
The first is the “A-F Question Type”. A question and definitions must be entered for this question type for all Drivers. To create the question and definitions, scroll over that question with the mouse and the “Edit” icon will appear. Click the “Edit” icon.
The first text box is for the question, delete the example text and enter the question.
In the second text box, which is the “A” definition, delete the example text and enter the description of the “A” definition.
In the third text box, which is the “F” definition, delete the example text and enter the description of the “F” definition.
Under the “A” and “F” definitions are the options for the “Frequency” part of this question. This is where the assessment participants will choose how often they are involved with the Driver that this “A-F Question Type” is referring to. LiiRN has preset the frequencies. To edit this part of the question, you will need to contact your LiiRN Admin.
When done entering the question in definitions, click the “Save” icon.
Now that the question has been created, there are a few more decisions to make. Under the “Frequency Options” are three check boxes: “Add Comment Box”, “Comment Required” and “Make Anonymous”. Changeforce.ai has preselected “Add Comment Box” and “Make Anonymous”. We strongly suggest that you include the comment box and keep the question anonymous as that will ensure better and more accurate data. To make changes to these options, check or uncheck the box next to the option.
Please note that if “Comment Required” is checked, “Add Comment Box” will also automatically be checked.
Below that, for reference, are the Pillars and Drivers associated with this question. Under that is the “Historical Data” for the question and the preset “Average Response Time” for the question.
The second and third default questions appear during the “voting” part of the Assessment.
“Participation”, which is a “Checkbox Question Type”
and “Ideas” which is a “Free Text Question Type”
“Participation” is where the assessment participants choose if they want to raise their hands to become change agents for the Driver. This is the one question in the assessment that is not anonymous.
“Ideas” is where the assessment participants can add comments about ideas they have for improving a Driver. This question is anonymous.
Both of these questions are locked and not editable. As we strongly suggest that knowing which assessment participants want to become change agents for specific Drivers and any ideas they may have is extremely important information. To make any changes to these two questions, please contact your changeforce.ai Admin.
Repeat all of these steps for all of the Driver questions.
