The first part of “Live Preview” is “Sections”. “Sections” is where to view what the questions part of the Assessment will look like for the assessment participants. Each “Section” shows up to 10 questions, so the number of “Sections” shown depends on how many questions are in the Assessment.
The first example is what the “A-F Question” will look like. The assessment participants will see the question and the A and F definitions. They will then choose the letter grade for their answer.
They can also choose “N/A” if the question does not apply to them or “?” if they do not understand the question.
Under that is the “Comment Box” where the assessment participants can type in any comments.
Below that is the “Frequency” part of this question where they are asked how often they are involved with the Driver.
They will select their “Frequency” from the dropdown list.
Next, if any “Sub questions” were created. Here are examples of what they will look like. The “Checkbox Question Type” allows the assessment participants to select multiple answers from the list of options or they can choose “N/A” if the question does not apply to them or “?” if they do not understand the question. They can select the “Comment Box” icon if they would like to add any comments.
The “Radio Question Type” asks the assessment participants to select one answer from the list of options or they can choose “N/A” if the question does not apply to them or “?” if they do not understand the question. They can select the “Comment Box” icon if they would like to enter any comments.
