The “Review and Compare Votes” section of the “Publish Vote” page is where stakeholders can review and compare all the data collected for each Driver.

The “Filter” column on the left  is where to filter the data by the “Report Fields”. The assessment data in the center column will change based on what Report Fields are checked.

Select “My Results Only” to review the data from only your assessment.

In the “Voted Drivers” column, at the top is the stats of the Assessment: “People Invited”, “People who Signed In”, “People Who Started the Assessment”, “People Who Completed the Assessment”, etc.

Under that is a reminder of what has been selected as the “Voting Focus” is for this Assessment.

Below that is where to view the three main pieces of data collected for the Drivers in the Assessment.

The “Average Grade” given to the Driver by the assessment participants, the percent of assessment participants that “Voted” for the Driver to be the focus for the company and the percent of assessment participants that raised their hands to be “Involved” with the Driver.

Use the “Sort by” dropdown list to sort the Drivers by these three pieces of data. Sorting by “Votes”, will divide up the “Voted Drivers” and “Non-voted Drivers”.

And these percents can be viewed from highest to lowest or lowest to highest.

The next option is to sort by “Grades”. The grades can be viewed from highest to lowest or lowest to highest.

The last option is to  sort by “Involvement”.

These percents can be viewed from highest percent involvement to lowest or lowest to highest.
