The next section of the “Results” page is where to review and compare all the data collected for each Pillar and Driver.
The “Filter” column is where to filter the data by the Report Fields. The Assessment data in the center column will change based on what Report Fields are checked.
To review only your data from the Assessment select “My Results Only”.
When filtering any data, make sure at least one Assessment is also checked.
In the “Pillar and Drivers” column is the stats from the Assessment. “People Invited”, “People Who Signed In”, “People Who Started the Assessment”, “People Who Completed the Assessment”, etc.
Under that is a reminder of what has been selected as the “Voting Focus” for this Assessment.
Below the “Voting Focus” is where to view the three main pieces of data collected for the Drivers in the Assessment: the average grade given to the Driver by the assessment participants, the percent of assessment participants that voted for the Driver to be a focus for the company and the percent of assessment participants that raised their hands to be involved in the Driver.
In the “Group by” dropdown list, select to view the Drivers only by Driver or “Group by” Pillars to see the Drivers grouped by their associated Pillars.
In the “Sort by” dropdown list, select to view the Drivers by four pieces of data: “Published Votes”, which divides the Drivers up by “Published Voted Drivers” and “Non-Published Voted Drivers”,
“Votes”, which divides the Drivers up by “Voted Drivers” and “Non-Voted Drivers”. And they can be viewed from highest percent voted to lowest or lowest to highest
“Grades”, which can be viewed from highest grade to lowest or lowest to highest.
And “Involvement”, which can be viewed from highest percent involvement to lowest or lowest to highest.
