This video explains how to view a “Driver Detail”.


First, click on a Driver from the center column. The information will appear in the right column.


At the top of the column is the “Average Grade” given to this Driver by the assessment participants. Under that is the “A-F Question” that is associated with this Driver. 


The donut chart breaks down the grades that have been given to this Driver. Shown on the chart is the percent of each grade and by rolling over each section, the letter grade with the number of assessment participants that gave this Driver that grade will show. 


If sub-question types were added to this Driver, those questions can be reviewed by selecting them from the Questions  dropdown list.


Next, is the “Driver Trend Chart”. This chart shows the historical trend of the average grades for this Driver for all Assessments in this Strategic Initiative.


There are a few additional functions here. For example, zooming in or zooming out.


The “Pillars” section is the list of Pillars that are associated with this Driver. 


Below that is “Word Cloud”. These are the word clouds for this Driver. “Driver Comments” are the comments that the assessment participants included as to why they graded the Driver the way they did.


“Idea Comments” are the comments that the assessment participants added when they were in the voting section about how to improve the Driver. 


Under each word cloud, is a sentiment bar. The more red shown means the more negative the comments and the more green means the more positive the comments.


Next is the breakdown of “Employee Participation”. The percent at the top is the percent of assessment participants who completed the Assessment and raised their hands to get involved with this Driver. The chart shows the number of people that want to be involved with this Driver and a breakdown of the grades they gave to the Driver.

The “People” tab is the list of people that are the self-selected change agents that checked the box to be involved with this Driver during the voting process. 


Use the “Search” box to search for a specific person and scroll to the right to see all the “Report Field” information for these people.


Below that is a breakdown of the “Votes” for this Driver. This percent at the top is the percent of assessment participants who completed the Assessment and voted for this Driver to be a main focus for the company. The chart shows the percent of people that voted for this driver and a breakdown of their grades. 


Lastly is a breakdown of “Frequency”. When the assessment participants graded the Driver, they also selected the frequency that they were involved with the Driver. The chart shows the number of participants that completed the assessment and a breakdown of what their frequency is for this Driver.
